Sapa, Lao Cai: Sapa is a small town of Northern Vietnam Province of Lao Cai. it is about 280km away from Hanoi. Nowadays, you can reach Sapa easily by train or by car, it takes about 8 hours by train and about 6 hours by car. Sapa is well known as a famous tourist attraction in North Vietnam. Sapa attracts tourist by its majestic mountains and colorful ethnic minorities including Black Hmong, Red Dao, Day, Tay and Xa Pho.

Detailed Tour Itinerary – 2 Days Trekking Tour Sapa
Day 1: Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Sapa (B/L/D)
06.00 AM – Pick up at the Lao Cai train station when you arrive and transfer to Sapa by a tourist shared bus.
Early check in is possible when you arrive if the room available otherwise we will provide you a basic room where you can have shower.
Have breakfast at hotel’s restaurant
Start the trip at 9:30 as below.
First start of 6km of walking down to the south east of Sapa along the side of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho village of the Black H’mong. Continue a 2km-trekking down to Lao Chai village – Lao Chai Village is one of the most imposing landmarks of Sapa which is home to the Black H’mong. With countless amazing things one can experience in the village, Lao Chai will welcome visitors with warmness and hospitality.
Trekking through terraced rice fields to Ta Van village – Ta Van village is about 8km from Sapa, down to Muong Hoa valley. Come here, visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about the lifestyle of the Giay people. The road to Ta Van Giay hamlet is small, narrow and dirt road, both sides of the road are fertile terraced fields adorned with blue of maize and young rice.
Lunch at a local family, it gives you a worth chance for you to learn about the local house architecture which is full of their daily life styles and exclusive custom. Enjoy the landscapes…on the way. Last trek is about 2Km to the bus stop in Tavan then get back to Sapa by van.

Day 2: Cat Cat and Sin Chai Village – Hanoi (B/L/-)

9.00 AM – start walking down to visit Cat Cat village of the Black H’mong. Relax at the food of the stunning waterfall and the vestige of a hydroelectric power station that was constructed by the French during the colonial time in Vietnam. From here you can enjoy huge stunning landscapes.
Cat Cat village, home to H’Mong ethnic people. They are excellent “tho cam” weavers (kind of brocade fabrics). “Tho cam” of Cat Cat village boasts special quality as it is dyed with natural colors, polished with beeswax and embroidered with unique designs.
Enjoy picnic lunch by the side of the river, and then next 3 km to Sin Chai Village, the village located at the foot of Fansipan Mountain, “the roof of Vietnam and Indochina”. From here you can enjoy huge stunning landscapes before climbing up on the way a jeep to return to Sapa.
15.00 Get picked up at your hotel for transferring back to Hanoi. This journey will take about 6-hours on a newly built free way along the Red River. Take your time to enjoy stunning landscape along the way.
20.30 Arrive back to Hanoi – drop off at your hotel
