- 1-For the guests using our transfer from Hanoi, Pick up at your hotels/stays inside Old Quarter Area between 08h30 am to 08h45 am, Please be ready at lobby from 08.00. If you stay outside of Old Quarter, pick up at meeting point: Hanoi Opera House at 8.30 am. -2-For the guests not using our transfer from Hanoi, please arrive at Tuan Chau harbor on your own at 11:30 am to complete the registration procedures for boarding the cruise. If any late arrival, you might be denied by port authority or subject to an extra fee.
